Project: Research

Project Details

Description

This project is a continuation of a project executed with the auspices of the DIUC called "a methodological alternative for the teaching strategies used by the English tax professors of the urban area of the city of Cuenca." The objective is to determine the scope of the training in a focal group of English teachers who participated in a process of intervention of the previous project. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the teaching strategies used by trained teachers and establish the practical scope of the use of teaching by tasks. A mixed exploratory type methodology will be used that will use classes to confront the results obtained in the previous project. It is expected to know the impact that training has had on this group of teachers in such a way, conclusions and recommendations that contribute to their teaching practice and motivation for their permanent professional development can be issued. On the other hand, this information can show us implications of the quality and effectiveness of training so that it is improved and used with other actors such as students of the English language and literature career.
