Description
This research work proposes the design of a sustainable ecosystem of electric mobility for the city of Cuenca, which contributes to the solution of the problem of environmental pollution, high cost of fossil fuels and saturation of vehicular mobility. The ecosystem contemplates three fundamental pillars: operational, technical and economic. The operational part implies the analysis of the adoption and usability of electric vehicles (VE) in the city, through modeling schemes that allow us to understand and examine the factors that affect the attitude of consumers towards the adoption of electric vehicles, including the perceived value, attitude, behavioral control, subjective norm, incentives, the statistical exploration of demands of demand, projection, stratification of sectors, among others. The Technical Pilar contemplates the Electric Mobility (MME) model, scenarios for the use of means of transport (EMT), simulations and optimization of mobility. The MME includes the city's mobility plan in terms of frequent travel distributions, electro -loading restrictions (electrobesters), quality of service, electric shock model, typification of load stations (infrastructure) and electric vehicles. EMT identify current percentages of public and private transport use with possible transitions to VE and their implications in the congestion and saturation of mobility, energy consumption, and environmental pollution. The economic component refers to the analysis of microeconomic indicators, direct and indirect costs, profitability for the user, the supplier and the institutions involved and incidence in macro economic factors. From the methodological point of view, we will work with significant sample sizes of the population for information collection; Automotive Park data, demographic indicators, economically active population, supply/demand, matrix and energy demand, among others. It will use modeling techniques for structural equations, traffic simulators, evolutionary algorithms to optimize the mobility system, artificial intelligence for analysis of optimization and extraction results of knowledge, economic, diffuse logic and others.
