Description

From a contextual analysis of universities and their duty, it is proposed to build a computer tool that allows visualizing indicators that are organized in a coherent system, which in turn allows their higher authorities to use them as an executive tool that favors institutional conduction. A system that can also be described as a command board for the Executive and the Higher Command Organs. The project includes four phases: phase I.- Determination and validation of indicators, phase II.- Registration and analysis of information, phase IV.- Monitoring and evaluation of the system, establishing in this year the implementation of the second phase, which contemplates the definition of requirements, design of the technological platform and the deployment of the computer platform. The construction of the information system for the management of political universities and schools that are partners of CEDIA, will be cover in a tool for information and guide for university uatorities, in such a way that it facilitates favorable and timely decision making in each institution of higher education (IES)
