Project Details

Description

This project aims to debate racist practices that apparently reproduce in the daily space of the university community. The objective of research is to study racist discourses and practices in the life experiences of the University Educational Community. The methodology will have a qualitative and quantitative approach, under the interpretive paradigm with exploratory descriptive scope. In a first phase the information lifting will be carried out through the use of techniques such as the survey, social cartography and documentary analysis. The second corresponds to research based on artistic practice, in order to generate a work that sensitizes the university community. The third consists in the elaboration of a care guide through a cooperative design to eradicate racism. This project is expected to contribute to the fulfillment of the 2050 prospective raised by the University of Cuenca (women in the university and internalization and interculturality).
