Background Gender violence is a social and public health problem, reaching high prevalence rates of 68.8% in Azuay-Ecuador, which brings as consequences mental health problems of women who live gender violence. Objective Analyze the association between social determinants of health and the psychological consequences of gender violence in women who go to a specialized center of care, Gualaceo, Paute and Cuenca, 2018-2020. Materials and longitudinal quantitative research method, the population will be intentionally selected, since they will work with a specialized center for women who live violence in Gualaceo, PAute and Cuenca. A sample size of 600 women is estimated. For the processing and analysis of the information, the SPSS V23 statistical program will be used. The association force will be evaluated by means of prevalence and ratio ratio and trust intervals. Multivary analysis will be carried out through bivariate logistics models to analyze the risk profile of psychological consequences (variable of interest), analyzed jointly. The results will be presented by means of adjusted. Information collection will be through validated forms and with previously trained personnel, protecting ethical principles. Use results The prevalence rates of psychological consequences and social determinants will be socialized to the MSP that will allow the construction of a risk profile of piscological consequences according to the social determinants of health. Two articles in Latindex magazines will also be published.
