Project Details
Description
For the majority of workers in Ecuador, access to a job that allows them to use their accumulated skills over years of formal study may be restricted by the fact that, when graduating, qualified workers are not linked to a job according to their academic training or even are educated. This project seeks to analyze the occurrence of over -education at an individual level with the availability of job opportunities in the macro environment (understood as the characteristics of labor markets) and micro level restrictions (how employment search engines are restricted to local labor markets) and how you are, they can help explain the occurrence of over -education between Ecuadorian graduates. Also, once this objective is fulfilled, this project aims to determine if there is a relationship between over -education, the various components of well -being and the degree of provincial inequality.
