Determination of technological lines for the economic development of Austro.

Inventiveness, technological innovation and technological development have promoted the economic and social development of countries, as can be seen that has happened from the primary stages of the development of peoples. Our country has been poor in this contribution and as a consequence it has not been successful in the generation of employment, which has influenced the aggravation of social phenomena such as emigration, poverty, crime, etc. This study tries to offer a guide, in which there are general referents, on how to sustainable such technological development, which in principle would apply to the southern region and then could be extended to other areas of the southern Homeland For this, this research will seek to identify the central or core point of technological innovation from which economic dynamics can be strengthened through the participation and creation of public and private companies, which consistently oriented can then radiate its dynamics to the rest of the region. The general objective is to establish the lines of technological innovation that would allow the economic development of the Austro through companies that have an impact on the rest of the region sectors. The methodological procedures to be used are the deductive inductive methods, through which, it can be, based on the economic reality and interrelationships between productive sectors, establish the chains and the influence of some sectors in the rest of the economy, and then establish an abstract theoretical model from which a regional development model can be proposed as results, it is expected to have the following: 1. Identification of technological lines for the economic development of the Aus. 2. A theoretical proposal on Austro's technological scenarios. 3. Better university link with the productive sector.
