This project aims to carry out an occupational health and safety study in the solid waste collection personnel of the EMAC-EP, whose main actor will be the human being with the purpose of improving their working conditions, minimizing occupational hazards, as well as proposing both physical and mental health programs, focused on their well-being and that of their families. We will also work on the design of a methodological and operational guide for the inclusion and strengthening of the formalization of recycling, based on the criteria of social and economic vulnerability, with the purpose of continuing with the continuous improvement of the quality of life of the recycling and the assessment of the recycling activity recalling the feminization of the recycling activity, the vulnerability of the elderly as well as the low income Market they receive for this activity among other aspects. Finally, a third work edge is the generation of the Promotion and Support Program for Active and Protected Retirement of EMAC-EP staff; From the approaches to social vulnerability and risks during the life cycle in order to execute support actions in the field of promotion of healthy lifestyle, active and productive life through associativity, entrepreneurship and strengthening of social and family support networks, of the EMAC EP staff, which are in the process of retirement and retirement.
