Description

The research project "Political culture, government/governance and civil society in Ecuador: first decade of 2000". They aim to unravel the sociological/political scope of the projects of the government of Presidents Lucio Gutiérrez, Alfredo Palacio and Rafael Correa within the framework of the relational logical network between political and citizenship culture, government/governance and citizenship; And, between citizens and citizenship. This investigation formulates as an analytical horizon to the following question formulation: What is the political ideological scope of the government programs of the three presidents during the 21st century from the relations promoted between political culture, government/governance and civil society/citizenship? The investigation will be carried out within the framework of the following process. - Collection of relevant materials about the relational logical framework between political culture and citizenship, government/governance and citizenship; And, between citizens and citizenship - identification of environments conducive to the collection of significant data - identification of key contacts that could facilitate or hinder access to certain data of data - Preparation of interview guides, observation and surveys according to the expectations of the research and the real possibilities of application, under the following format: - Systematization or first level of analysis of the information according to the objectives of the project. Conceptual, semantic or meaningful networks; (Qualitative: concept maps, semantic or meaning networks; quantitative: percentages, frequency distribution, analysis of statistical trends. - Social Forum among various actors to socialize the results. Preparation of academic debate cards called: "Politics and power in Ecuador", aimed at secondary students, university students, organizations and social and academic movements of the province and the country.
