Description
The non-reported figure of the crime records the highest indices in populations historically excluded by gender, socio-economic stratum, educational level, ethnicity, residence zone. The close relationship between income poverty and non -denounced figure and the relationship between income poverty and the limitations to access justice has already been determined; However, the link between non -denounced figure and multidimensional poverty that measures the different deprivations of the human being has not yet been elucidated. On the other hand it is observed that the causalities of the non -denounced figure are multiple; However, the one that most relates to poverty is the lack of access to justice, a variable that will be the center of the analysis. The main objective is to explain how relationships between variables are given to achieve a model of probabilities and relationships that explain the existence of the non -denounced figure and its structural treatment. The levels of access to justice in the canton will be analyzed, from the neo -institutional approaches to public policies and human rights. The conglomerates of multidimensional poverty of Cuenca will be established through dataming techniques to compare the results obtained with those of the number not already reported existing. Finally, emerging relationships between the three variables will be examined with a logistics regression model. The results will be: Georeferencing map that articulates Hot Spots of the non -denunciation and hot spots of multimensional poverty and four scientific articles on previous analysis.
