Sustainable and safe building certification. Phase 2

The quality of residential building and especially the performance it has, in a series of attributes associated with sustainability, influences people's quality of life; For this reason, the present proposal, after an observation and analysis of a series of specific performances of the housing and its parts, seeks to qualify the quality of the project and certify the future dwelling of the house, based on the priorities that the town where it will be applied. The project will evaluate the benefits that housing will provide within the environmental, social and economic dimensions, through a method of evaluation of the appropriate sustainability for the city of Cuenca - Ecuador, the same one that was developed in the project and is called "Certification Certification Sustainable and Safe Building of the University of Cuenca" (CeSSUC) - The contribution of the present project is based on the regionalization of the regionalization of Promote the application of more sustainable practices in the construction sector in the city and also as a source of knowledge and awareness for the actors of the cosntruccion, including customers, building users, promoters and authorities in the area. In addition to the fact that the evaluation scheme used can serve as a basis for future regional methods and adaptations in the field of the sustainable assessment of the house.
