This research work seeks to expand the body of research concerning salary inequalities in Ecuador Data published by the Statistics Agency of Ecuador, INEC. Thus, a multilevel economy inferential approach is followed and the random intercept and random slopes models or random slopes are used as economic methods. The multilevel analysis is the appropriate methodology if the data is clusterized or nested., As is the case of the present study. Finally, the social relevance of this research is that vulnerable people are those that lower levels of education reach, in addition they do not have good family history or economic status, so that salary gaps, their situation of vulnerability and poverty could be maintained and even worse, they could continue to increase. For this reason, this research would help the formulation of better public, social and education public policies.
