Description

Globalization and new trends raise a world in constant transformation, however, it is worrying to perceive that organizations and among these universities, barely make efforts to adapt and accommodate. If this attitude continues the organizations to run the risk of being out of the new time of information. Universities being complex organizations and those that should lead the processes of change in society, unfortunately they have not managed to generate strategies for their own change and innovation, much less have been able to contribute in great way for the innovation of other organizations of society. This situation leads us to consider the need for a paradigm shift in the way of developing the processes of change and organizational innovation. This research aims to address and answer the question How to use the systemic approach to boost organizational change and innovation in universities? With this research, a process can be initiated through which processes aimed at achieving a more flexible organization can be developed, which can identify the necessary changes to evolve with the new demands, but at the same time, it can maintain harmonic efficiency and work environments with the needs of the members and objectives of the organization.
