Description
The project "Inverse Logistics Analysis and its Impact, applied to the tire marketing sector, in the province of Azuay", is presented as an investigation that aims to study the logistics management of tire marketing companies in the province, focusing on the concept of reverse logistics, as part of the supply chain and as a source of value generation for organizations. The research focuses on the reverse process of the tire marketing chain in the province of Azuay, considering the distributors and marketers of these. It is intended to establish what the process followed by tires whose useful life ended, and propose strategies, which become environmental friendly policies; On the other hand, establishing the relationship between adequate inverse logistics processes, with the profitability of the tire merchants, who in order to carry out imports of these, must comply with measures that guarantee environmental protection, such as demonstrating that they collect the amounts established by the competent organs, and allocate them to reecutionary processes, or as raw material for the elaboration of road construction materials. This research is based on the premise of the World Council for Sustainable Development, which states, that micro, small and medium -sized companies adequately managed, are those that allow the economy of a region and a country to boost.
