Attitude towards the entrepreneurship of postgraduate students: a comparative analysis between the University of Cuenca, the University of Azuay and the Catholic University of Cuenca

With the development of the project "Attitude towards the entrepreneurship of postgraduate students: a comparative analysis between the University of Cuenca, the University of Azuay and the Catholic University of Cuenca" seeks to analyze and determine the factors that influence the attitude towards the entrepreneurship of postgraduate students in a university sample. Endogenous factors will be analyzed, that is, internal, related to personal motivations and attributes as well as exogenous, external factors, support for entrepreneurship and financing. Differences in these factors will be determined, between students from the different postgraduate programs. The scope of the project corresponds to postgraduate students of the three universities. In all cases, an information lifting through surveys will be carried out, where both the attitude towards entrepreneurship will be determined, as well as the presence of factors that allow to characterize this attitude. In this sense, models will be applied that allow to demonstrate how the different factors affect the attitude towards entrepreneurship and the differences that arise in this characterization between postgraduate students of each of the participating institutions, in addition to the differentiation by demographic factors. Subsequently, a process of socialization of the results will be carried out, so that it can serve as input for educational institutions, so that they can design policies and actions that promote a greater attitude towards entrepreneurship. With the aforementioned, it is about answering the research questions. What are the endogenous and exogenous factors of the entrepreneurial attitude and the differences between postgraduate students from the participating universities? In this way, it is also intended to contribute to the strengthening of entrepreneurial education, as well as contributing to scientific literature on this aspect
