Vice-Rectorate for Research and Innovation of the University of Cuenca
The purpose of the Vice Rectorate for Research and Innovation is to strengthen the development of science, technology and innovation. To achieve this, it works from disciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches, promoting the inclusion of ancestral knowledge and wisdom.
This is governed by principles such as freedom for research, innovation and technology transfer; independence for teaching, generation and dissemination of knowledge, within the framework of dialogue of knowledge; universality of thought, and local as well as global scientific and technological advances.
